Answer : Hyaluronidase enzyme cleave the hexose aminidic linkages on 1,4 bonds of hyaluronic acid.When the tissue hyaluronic acid is destroyed ,the viscocity is reduced and this permit easy spreading of the material in the tissue spaces.So this is called 'Spreading Factor'
